Doa Sebelum Makan Katolik (1)
“Dear Lord Jesus, we are here to express our gratitude for what You have given us in front of us. Food that is so delicious and still warm is something we really need to recover the strength that has been exhausted.
Hopefully, with this food given by You, we can make our bodies strong again, so that they can strengthen our devotion, so that we can increase our service to You and to Your fellow people.
We ask for Your blessings to our brothers and sisters who have not had the opportunity to experience pleasure like us, hopefully they can both enjoy what we enjoy with Your participation. Blessed be the name of the Lord Jesus, Mary and Joseph, forever. Amen.”

Doa Sesudah Makan Katolik (1)
“Dear God, thank you very much for the sustenance we have just enjoyed. Hopefully the sign of Your mercy can be an increase in strength so that we can increase our devotion to You as well as to Your fellow people.
May the food and drinks we consume today also foster a longing for the Lord Jesus Christ, the bread of life who came down from Your kingdom. Hopefully the food and drinks we have consumed can be good for others.
With all the low days we ask You for brothers and sisters who do not eat because of fasting, suffer from disease, are poor, have no money and for other reasons, ask You to bless them so that they can eat as your people try to spread the word.
Each of these we ask with the help of the Lord Jesus, spiritual sustenance that lasts from life to death. Hallelujah, Amen.”
